Anirudh Malik began his career with FranGlobal as a Manager in International Sales and swiftly advanced to Category Head - F&B. He is in charge of North American business development, with a focus on the Food & Beverage Industry.

He began his career in international sales with Google India in May 2016, pushing Google products and spaces like as AdWords, G Suite, GCP, and Google Maps throughout APAC regions.

Anirudh is an MBA graduate from MDU Rohtak and he enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.

Mr. Pradipta Datta

Chief People Officer - Franchise India

Mr. Pradipta Datta joined Franchise India Group in April 2022 and is responsible for People process of entire gamut of human resources.

Prior to joining Franchise India, he was working with various diversified sector viz. Automotive, Electronic, Construction, Media, Tourism, etc. in human resources and people development functions across PAN India for long 25 years.

Pradipta is Post Graduate in Human Resources and Technically trained in HR Analytics from IIM, Rohtak.

Mr. Swaraj Sadhukhan

Swaraj Sadhukhan brings extensive experience to the service industry, demonstrating a customer-centric approach. He has successfully contributed to hotel, mall, cinema, and e-commerce operations in both India and the GCC, working with renowned brands. He is currently heading FranGlobal Leisure as the Sr. Vice President.

Ms. Arsh Chadha

Sr. Manager Business Development - EMEA

Arsh is a seasoned Business Development specialist with extensive experience in the international arena, particularly in the Retail and Home Decor sector. She holds an MBA degree from Symbiosis and initiated her career with the renowned retail giant, H&M.

In 2022, she joined Franglobal, where she currently oversees the EMEA market. Her primary emphasis lies in identifying distinctive and emerging business concepts within the region and expand their footprint in the country.
